These Terms & Conditions govern your use of GolfHello, a golf league management platform operated by Cruise Built LLC. By using GolfHello or registering for a league powered by GolfHello, you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
GolfHello helps golf courses run leagues, schedules, scoring, handicaps, standings and communication. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful, league-related purposes.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. Golf courses using GolfHello manage their own leagues and league rules.
SMS Terms
- Program: GolfHello may send recurring informational text messages about your league or event, such as schedules, pairings, weather, league changes, reminders and results.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or email hello@golfhello.com.
- Carriers: Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Optional: Participation in SMS is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not required to participate in a league.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Scores and results
Scores, handicaps and standings are calculated from information entered by golfers and league administrators. Courses may correct scores and results as needed.
Disclaimers
GolfHello is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Cruise Built LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
